This bright and happy workspace, designed by Katie Monkhouse, is made even sweeter by the addition of a sleeper sofa to welcome guests. The one we’ve found here comes in three different sizes, and Katie’s layout ensures plenty of room to maneuver it thanks to a light, easily moveable coffee table. I love the height that the shelves (recently featured by us) add, and the semi-flushmount sputnik chandelier is a mod touch. The mix of open and concealed storage is perfect for keeping office items in order, and who can resist that pop of color in the file drawers? Well done, Katie!

This traditional office space by Marie Flanigan Interiors won our last vote with its impressive built-ins, grand iron doors, and rustic reclaimed wood paneling. While we can’t get those stately features delivered to your door, we can certainly tackle the rest of this gorgeous space! A large-scale desk in a room like this can easily turn into a dining table when entertaining, especially if you’ve got a bookcase with lower cabinetry to hide an office’s odds and ends. I love a non-traditional desk chair (AKA one without wheels), and this one looks cozy enough to really get into a productivity groove. What do you like most about this beautiful space?

  • Going natural for Easter this year and partnered with @worldmarket! All of the usual fanfare is just so plastic and wasteful. I try to be more conscious when creating our kids' Easter baskets. And yes, there is some candy in there. I'd probably have a full-scale rebellion on my hands if there wasn't 😉 I can get away with switching some candy out for honey sticks though 🙌🏼I also went with a "gardening" theme.
