Here are some of my favorite products that are on sale today that I either own or are on my wish list. You can find everything over on my Amazon storefront in the “Prime Deals” section. I have some good ole’ faves like my Samsung Frame TV, my eero wifi (still going strong) and my Nest Thermostat (love!).
On my wish list is this smart door lock, this gorgeous powerhouse of a vacuum (50% off!) and I’ve heard such great things about the Echo Show 15 lately…it’s makes an amazing family hub.
I also took advantage and bought our Christmas family PJs for the year (love that these are 100% cotton), some socks for the kids and a fun Christmas sweater for my son. I also got some fun advent calendars for the kids. I think they’re tired of the lego ones I usually get them.
I also had to curate my favorite home decor and accessories, because of course. There are some really great sales going on you guys! And today is the last day, I hope you can take advantage!
You can check out my Amazon shop right here if you need any more inspiration.

After the first of October, I consider it prime holiday season. We are so used to stores displaying their holiday-wares earlier and earlier these days, but I try not to get *too* ahead of myself. It’s hard because Fall is my favorite season of all. So come that October 1st deadline, I am SO ready to go, what about you guys?
So after Halloween and before Thanksgiving, we have….Friendsgiving. We’ve been doing it for years now and it’s one of my favorite traditions. A time when you catch up with old friends, maybe invite some new ones and we all come together for good food and good company. Definitely a lot to be thankful for.
Now Thanksgiving decor definitely runs more traditional in my eyes, but with Friendsgiving? I like to go with decor that is a little more modern and fun, with a little fall flair of course. You can check out some of my previous Friendsgivings here.
Here are some items that I have my eye on for this year. As you can see, I prefer a more neutral, but high-contrast look with lots of texture.

My husband and I are celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary today! I’m still in awe that it’s been that long. I looked up what the traditional gifts are for your 16th wedding anniversary. It turns out that it’s wax. That’s an interesting, one right? There’s also a more modern list which has silver holloware as the gift to give. What’s holloware? Good question. I had to google it and it turns out that it’s silver serving pieces that aren’t flatware. Also, the gemstone for 16 years is Peridot and the flower is Statice. Here are some ideas I came up with if you need some inspiration!
We usually give each other experiences, like a staycation, a trip somewhere fun or to see a performance of some kind. What about you guys? What has been your favorite or most memorable anniversary gift?

I started my home’s fall transition and decided it was time to hang up my seasonal wreath. I bought this wheat wreath a couple of years ago and I use it every fall. I love wheat wreaths as they’re such a symbol of the season. They’re classic and timeless and look good year after year. Although, you definitely have to make sure to store them securely as those wheat stalks are pretty delicate!
Here’s a round-up of some great wreath options for you for every budget. I’ve added the links to the image, so just click on the wreath you like for more info! Also, here’s my over-the-door wreath holder.

I love summer, but I must admit I love it when everyone starts transitioning to Halloween decor in July. I’m a fall baby and someone told me once that whatever season your birthday falls in, is usually your favorite. Is that true for everyone? (It is in my case!) Okay but honestly, even though I love seeing Halloween decor in July…I’m not one to decorate my house that early! Double standard? Ha, maybe.
Also, when it comes to seasonal decor, I follow the less-is-more philosophy. I don’t want to have to store a bunch of items that can only be used one season of the year. Also, I try to stay away from plastic and polyester items, all-natural is my preference whenever possible.
So on that note, here are some of the Halloween finds on my list this year.
