Happy Christmas Eve! I figured it was about time to post our holiday decor 😉 We’ve been enjoying the holidays unplugged this year, it’s been nice to enjoy life in the moment. I didn’t feel the need rush to get the house picture perfect for Christmas this year, but took the time to slow down and enjoy the season a bit more than usual.
That resulted posting my holiday home tour on Christmas Eve, but better late than never!
I’m a believer of using mostly natural elements to decorate seasonally, not only because it celebrates the season we’re in, but also so you don’t have to store a ton of decor all year.
I really like shopping at The Home Depot for the holidays because they have such a giant selection of holiday and home decor in their stores and online. I can pick up a fresh tree, garland, foliage and wreaths in addition to things like holiday lights and ornaments. They make it pretty easy to get everything you need in one go.
I like to take my time browsing everything on their website and then placing an order for free in store pick up. That way I can take all the time I need to browse 😉 And then once I’m in the store to pick up my items, I’ll also take a look around the store for a few more items like poinsettias and wreaths or anything else I might have missed.
They also have free shipping if I don’t have time to get to the store for pick up. It’s just so convenient.
