There's a few options on Overstock as well, like this one that you could attach a headboard to and make it customized for you.

I absolutely love PB's Stratton bed. The Grayson, from Kohl's, is a pretty nice alternative…and much nicer than the Wal-Mart version (darker wood, etc)…
