When a bathroom has this many stylish touches, it’s just calling for the Room Redo treatment! Emily Netz’s home renovation, is a feast for the eyes, but I especially loved the transformation of this 20s bathroom. The non-traditional touches, like the rug in lieu of a bathmat and dresser turned floating vanity, give the space a well-collected vibe, and the hits of black add the perfect dose of modernity. So, would you bring this look home?
If you’re a fan of shibori print pieces, then this dining room is for you! This is Alma’s from Almafied dining room, this warm and inviting space gets a colorful punch from the blue accents, which could easily be switched up seasonally. The pine furnishings and jute rug have a traditional, rustic feel that’s countered nicely by the modern and glamorous gold chandelier and bar cart. Not to go full-on Fixer Upper on you, but that shiplap accent wall does create some amazing dimension and architectural interest in this space, don’t you think?
This Scandi-chic LA dining room, designed by Ginny Macdonald and featured on My Domaine, hits all the right notes with its balance of traditional and modern. The classic trestle table and cross back chairs are spiced up by the cozy and casual bench and faux fur throw. I love the grand scale of that lantern light fixture and how the abstract art ties the room’s palette together so nicely. Whoever gets to enjoy french press coffee and biscotti here is one lucky lady!
This lovely space by Abbie Naber has me feeling blue in the best possible way! The inky rug’s palette is picked up perfectly in the sofa pillows and abstract art, and the variety of plants and cozy-looking textiles gives the room a lush vibe. The coffee table adds a nice touch of glam as well. What’s your favorite part of this chic spot?
