I recently worked with Sauder on their product lookbook, along with a few other bloggers. We were all provided with a piece of Sauder furniture to style for the website gallery. I chose this classic and versatile storage credenza because I know I’d always find a use for it.
This was my first piece of Sauder furniture and I must say, I’m impressed with the quality of the furniture they offer for such an affordable price. I thought it would work best in our entryway because it would give us some needed storage for mail, shoes, keys, phones, paperwork and all of the other stuff that seems to gather in the entry 😉
The top of the console is home to a plant, seasonal flowers, a clock (to tell us how late we’re running!), some fun art, and a couple of fun accessories.
The top row of cubbies holds a tray for mail, a trinket dish for keys and another tray with cords attached for our phones and ipads.
The middle row houses some of my coffee table books (I like to switch them out pretty often), a basket for sunglasses and gloves and some scarves.
One the bottom shelf are three storage boxes, one for me, one for the Mr and the last one Conrad and Arden share. They serve as a catch all for whatever needs to be put away.
The whole system works really well for us right now, but I could totally see it working well in an office, a dining room, kids room storage or even a kitchen.
