This über cool home office by Emily Henderson is giving me major motivation this work week. The custom desk is a thing of beauty, and the black and white gallery wall from Minted is the perfect backdrop for this eclectic workspace. The deep blue curtains and wall color work so well given how much natural light this room gets, while the gleaming brass accessories and desk legs add a nice hint of glamour. Now if only my fig tree would grow to even half that size!
It’s no secret that we adore Amber Lewis around here, and this living space (in fact this entire home) that she designed is our latest obsession. Her trademark style—mid-century modern meets bohemian—always gives us major California-cool vibes and makes for such eclectic and inviting spaces. I love the balance between light (rug, walls, chairs, lamps) and dark (sofa, credenza, coffee table) in this room as well as the hits of blue and green for a natural touch. This space pushes the budget a bit, but with a real leather sofa included, it’s worth every penny!
I can’t get enough of Sophie Carpenter’s sleek bathroom spotted on SF Girl by Bay. That gorgeous floating vanity (with oodles of storage) really grounds the space while the brass mirror and sconces draw your eye up. I’m a firm believer in less-is-more when it comes to countertop accessories, but the luxe planters, candle, and artisanal storage cups used here definitely make the grade. My favorite part might be the sconces, and though I’ve linked the original ones here, don’t miss this similar look for less!
