The weather is getting so nice lately! Can’t wait for pool time 😉 We’ve been spending more time outdoors lately and decided that our front side yard needed a little sprucing up! Thanks to being part of the Lowe’s Creative Ideas Network, I received $100 to help with our little gardening makeover – talk about motivation 😉
BEFORE PICTURES:
Completely overgrown and a huge mess…The only thing pretty about it right now is the Japanese maple we transplanted from our old house!
Grass and weeds are taking over!
PROGRESS PICTURES:
The Mr. has a great, green thumb so he was excited to revamp this space. After ripping out a bunch of dead plants and weeds…
He cleared some good spots for new plants.
A trip to Lowe’s and a few, colorful plants later…
AFTER PICTURES:
Soooo much better. The grass needs a trim and the flowers need to grow in a bit, but it looks so much more lively and a bit more tamed 😉
