It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of Kirkland’s and I’m super excited to be partnering with them on today’s post (and giveaway!). If you aren’t familiar with Kirkland’s yet, all you need to know is that they have some shockingly good deals. I don’t know how they do it, I really don’t. They’re my number one resource for lamps and mirrors. I always search there first. Always. Their accessories are pretty hard to beat as well. They’ve got quite an assortment of items that fit almost any aesthetic, so there’s usually something for everyone!
I wanted to show you some of my favorite Kirkland’s items in my home right now. I’ve mentioned a few of them before and it’s always fun to see them in an actual home as opposed to a website, am I right? I’ve been working on my living room lately, trying to declutter and organize and pretty much just find a home for things. We have a couple of built-in bookshelves that needed some love. I spent a lot of time arranging (and rearranging) the items on those shelves and I’ve finally gotten to a place where I’m pretty freaking happy with them. Yay! In fact, the living room is pretty much complete now. I’ll be posting about the rest of the room soon, I promise. But for now, here’s a sneak peek.
Next up? The dining room. This room has got some good bones with the fun built-ins and coved ceiling. When we moved in we pretty much just threw the dining table and chairs in there and called it a day. I recently got this huge leaning floor mirror from Kirkland’s which is pretty much a god-send because we didn’t have a full length mirror in the house since we moved. NO fun. I love a big wall mirror and this one is only $130! (You can shop all Kirkland’s leaner mirrors here.)
The gray and white striped curtains and curtain rod are also from Kirkland’s. Can you believe when we moved in that there wasn’t a single curtain or window shade in the whole house? Talk about privacy issues 😉 So these came in super handy and I always love a good stripe.
Speaking of stripes…Another great Kirkland’s find is this beaut in the family room. It’s actually an indoor/outdoor rug. SO key in a family and playroom combo, right? So far it’s gotten very familiar with beer and play doh and it looks as clean as the day we first laid it out.
Okay let’s get down to business now, shall we? Who wants to win a $100 Kirkland’s gift card? As you can see, $100 goes a looong way! Enter to win using the rafflecopter widget below!
