Yay for Spring! Yay for warmer weather and bright sunny days and wearing flip-flops and summer dresses. Boo for having post-baby body, boo for not being able to fit into my old pre-prego jeans and boo for not having summer dresses that fit me.
That being said, who wants to go out and buy all new clothes (that fit now) when you’re hoping that you’ll (soon) fit into your old ones? Not me!
So I decided to try out Rent the Runway (personal referral link for those of you who aren’t a member yet!). I’m sure a lot of you are already signed up…I feel like I’m last on the bandwagon. What do you guys think of it? I tried a similar website before, wasn’t happy with the fit of the dress I rented AT ALL (it made me look pregnant and I wasn’t even preggers yet!!!). And now it looks like that other site looks pretty cheesy 😉 Here’s to hoping that Rent the Runway is all kinds of better! I like the fact that you can return the dress if it doesn’t fit and get your money refunded. Yes, please, thank you!
So I was thinking of renting a dress for Easter, since I found Arden the most fabulous little concoction of a dress. It’s been sitting in her closet for the last year waiting for her to be big enough to wear it. Why is it so easy to buy clothes for her and torturous to buy clothes for me? Oh yea, that’s right, because she looks cute in EVERYTHING…ha!
Here are a couple of choices I’m considering…Thoughts? I’m liking the yellow Dolly Lace Shift Dress by Lily Pulitzer the best so far.

My favorite is the Adelson Pink Swirl Sheath. The pink swirl at he neck gives length and the navy blue gives the appearance of being thinner than you are. Very cute!!
