I can't shell out $3K for a sofa that looks like it would feel the same as an ant sitting on the keys of a 1920's typewriter.
I have the Marshmallow sofa and can tell you that it is incredibly comfortable. In fact, when I hurt my back running, that was my go-to spot for sitting with my laptop.
I agree that the DWR version is way overpriced. We found ours -- a new reproduction on eBay for around $600 including s/h. We've had it four years and it looks brand new, even though our kids and their friends are always climbing all over it.
