Just got this book: House Beautiful Fabrics for Your Home: 340 Designer Favorites. Have you guys checked it out? There are pages and pages of goregous fabrics for perusal. I have trouble remembering fabrics that I like, so this is the perfect resource :)

My favorite so far? Travers Grammont in Linen. Blue & brown zebra linen? Yes please!

Seattle Westin - B+
Fabulous location, rooms only OK, beds very comfy! Walk to Pike's or take the lightrail to the Space Needle, street car available as well.

Pike's Market
The Market Grill - great for a fresh fish grilled sammie
The Pike's Market Bakery - Discovered a cinnamon pretzel slathered in maple glaze - to die for!

Seattle Space Needle - C
This place is over-rated & it's $17pp to go up the space needle. It's not even the highest building in Seattle!

Spaahh @ Hotel 1000 - B
Great for a massage or facial, but not for a full "spa" day.


WINE SHOPS:
Pike & Western Wine Shop - A+
Right near Pike's market, reasonable prices & great local selection

Sixth Ave Wine Seller - C
Overpriced, we ended up buying an awful bottle of wine for $35 that was only $10 at the Pike & Western Wine Shop.

GREAT food & drinks, atmosphere boring

Pottery Barn Hudson Bed

I am in LOVE with Pottery Barn's Hudson Bed. The headboard is just the right height and the footboard is perfect. I came across your website while searching for a different discontinued item on PB's website, and figured it was worth a shot to ask if you've come across anything similar to this bed for less :) THANKS!! :)

Pottery Barn's Hudson Bed (Queen) in Mahogany = $1,599.00

Target's Somerset Bed (Queen) in Coffee = $469.99

Now I have to admit the Target bed is in a little darker finish and isn't quite has high as the Pottery Barn bed. BUT the lines are so similar, I still thought it was a great option. I know Walmart's Canopy collection has a similar bed, but it's a sleigh bed... Let me know if you guys have found any other options!
