OK, part II of the sofa hunt. I know you've seen these two sofa posts: Williams Sonoma Home's Presidio Sofa and the Annette Sofa. The company? Designer Sofas Direct aka Custom Sofa Design (their older website).
Well Jenny over at Little Green Notebook is in the process of ordering from them AND even better has a glowing review posted on her blog from a customer who has ordered two sofas from them. Check out the post here!
Be sure to check out their website Designer Sofas Direct to see pictures of some of their sofas, although it sounds like they are fully capable of recreating sofas as well! The Husband and I traded our Ektorp for a custom made sofa and it made it a pleasure to sit on the couch. "Adult" sofa here you come ;)

hi reichel! i ordered a sofa from don @ custom sofa design (i use to think his company was customs of a design. lol) anyway -- i got the sofa almost 2 yrs ago and love it! they were fast, white glove delivered, and it was exactly what i wanted. i will definitely be ordering my next sofa from him when that time comes!

I looked into this company after hearing about them on the younghouselove blog. They also spoke really highly of the company, my only reservation is shipping. We live in Denver, I had heard you would have to coordinate delivery. I wonder if the price of the knock off crate and barrel couch we want would be the smae price if we just got it in town.
You are lucky you received yours. I ordered two love seats and received one. The shipping evidently lost it. Designer Sofas Direct customer service is absent. I was hoping to get it for Thanksgiving, then Christmas......still hoping.
