Hey there guys! Have you missed me? I've been MIA for a little bit. The summer has finally hit the Bay Area and instead of rejoicing, I've been sweltering in the heat. And to add to it, even though I'm officially in the 2nd trimester...I have yet to experience a break from the morning sickness...bleh.
So, I've decided to take the matter into my own hands. I'm going to take a little blogger vacation...yep, it's break time. No posting, no research and not even any thinking about the blog for a couple of weeks. Sorry to leave you guys hanging for a bit! Hopefully you'll get out there and enjoy the last bit of summer we have left before Labor Day!

It's hit us here in Sacramento too. I think that we got lulled into a false sense of security the last few years. 107 today should be normal for summer but it's killing me today.

Do it! I took off a month this summer without warning. I felt guilty, but blogging is alot and you need a little break every now and then so you don't burn out. Enjoy your time off! We aren't going anywhere!
