Williams Sonoma Home Presidio Sofa

>> Tuesday, April 20, 2010

Okay we can thank today's find to Jenny over at the Little Green Notebook. She found a GREAT resource for reasonably priced sofas! Amazing prices, check it out: Custom Sofa Design.

You might remember this sofa from my old room redo: Rich Brown Sophistication from Williams Sonoma Home. I'm absolutely in love with this sofa. I think it's just the height of luxury and I would love to have it in my home :) Who wouldn't?

Williams Sonoma Home's Presidio Sofa in Luxe Espresso Velvet = $3,050
Custom Sofa Design's Noemi Sofa = $699
This seriously looks like the exact same sofa to me, don't you think???

I've been looking for a short sofa for my tiny living room and this looks perfect! Except that it's not short... *sniffle*

I think it IS the same...if you look closely at the way the back cushions are (especially the lower right), it looks exactly the same. It's at least the same photo, if not the same product. GREAT FIND!!!

has anyone used customsofadesign.com. I have been looking at that site for a while trying to decide if I want to buy from them. Can anyone speak to their service/quality/price?

I agree with Gina, I think it's the same photo. But I really want to know if the company is good. It seems like so many people want to know, but not very many testimonials?

Keep in mind that the original is of far superior construction.(i.e. kiln dried hard wood frames) The copy will not age gracefully. The difference in grades of velvet will be striking if place side by side.
