Happy Friday folks! Here's a reader request, have a GREAT weekend :)
Hi! I love your blog. I'm sure you get plenty of challenges, but I would love some help with fabulous dining room chairs. I'm not even looking for super cheap - just much more reasonable.
Baker is having a 40% off sale. Even at 40% off the chairs I love are $1724 each. I need 6 so....not happening.

Anyway, thanks for the post I'm looking to get one of these chairs for a small corner of our bedroom when we remodel it.
I've seen these chairs the past couple of weeks tufted and in different colors with nailhead trim at a few Home Goods for 149.00. I'm very tempted.
I thought I would add my contribution. A few weeks ago, I bought a couple of pale blue tufted velvet chairs from Marshalls (Los Angeles). They were 139.99 each!

I also live in LA and saw the blue ones at Marshalls! Gorgeous. They had some pretty decent nailheads too, and I believe they were only $129! Score-- if only I had a need. I've order the Ballard version in the past. They were actually very good quality but, at $617, not much better than the Marshalls ones.
oh i love these chairs! i wonder if the overstock ones are any good...
Ballard Designs "Gentry chair" is a bit pricier than the other options but even has the decorative ring in the back of the chair too. They are on sale right now but still $545-769 per chair. They are super similiar to the Baker Dining Room Chair and come in a ton of fabric options.
Great post. There are also some affordable options on Sears, not nearly as luxe as your posts.
