Ballard Design Constance Chair

It's that time once more! Reader Request Friday!
Hi! I was wondering if you have a chance, could you look into finding a dining chair that's similar to Ballard's Constance chair? It's a great wood bistro style that I'm in love with. At $150 each, they're not crazy expensive, but Ballard can't ship them for at least three months and I'd love to look at other sources. If an alternative is more affordable, that's great.

This chair from Pier 1 looks similar enough, what do you think? And cheaper...that's always nice :)
