Yet another chapter in my home office quest ;) You have to admire the sleek look of a spine bookcase. What a unique way of storing your book collection! This is a very modern look, not quite sure if it will go with my sort of old fashioned Oak home office. But I'd love to make it work. They seem so precarious though, anyone out there have personal experience with them?
Anyways, there's quite a few options out there now!
The Sapien Bookcase from Design Within Reach for $298.00
The West Elm Cadman Spine Bookase for $149.00
JCPenney's Spine Book Tower for $129.00
Home Decorator's Collection Spine Book Tower for $119.00

Spine Book Tower
$109.99
Quite the plethora of options, I'd say...

Love the JC Penney one, thanks for all the great finds!
I've been thinking about getting one of these so thanks for this post!
How cool! You'll have to check back in and tell us which one you got and how you like it! :)
Jenny & J - My pleasure! I'm glad you like :)
YOu do realize the last 3 options are all exactly the same exact book spine? Same dimensions....just different prices.
Yep. Take your pick.
I also left this comment on Apartment Therapy.
It might be too late to comment on this thread, but I found a website with a shorter/smaller version of this bookcase -- http://www.improvementscatalog.com/product/metal-bookshelf-stand.do
It is now on sale for $40. It costs me $8.99 to ship it to Texas. FYI.
